A workspace is where collaboration happens among a group of people. For instance, a company / team can set up a workspace and invite others to join it.
Every new user on /me will be introduced to "Workspaces" where a sample workspace called "My Space" is created already.
This is a workspace for yourself and a default role has been created for you with some pre-defined todos to help you quickly get familiar with the system.
There are two ways to update one's role name.
Option 1: Click the person icon on the bottom to launch Personal profile page. Click on a role to go to its role profile page.
Then, manage role info using the 3 dots on top right corner.
Option 2: Click into this workspace and find this role's detail page.
Inside of a role detail page, click role title to rename it.
Click a workspace card to go inside of a workspace. There is quite a bit of content here, let's see what is what.
Workspace members: Show all users inside of a workspace.
Actions around a workspace: You can attach a file, perform more workspace level settings (workspace admin only), share this workspace, etc. Click on the 3 dots to see more available actions.
Workspace content types: There are different types of content in a workspace, role/circle, user, todo, project, etc. They are all categorized per tab here.
The blue "+" button: Click on the + button on the lower right hand side to create new items for this workspace, like role, circle, todo, project, tension, etc.
