On /me, every member can fill multiple roles in different circles.

Add a member to a role

Step 1: Go to a role detail page, click on "Add role filler".

Step 2: On the new Pop-up, you can assign a role to yourself or search for another user in the search box.

Step 3: Added role filler will appear below the role purpose field.

Multiple people can fill one role. In this case, it is best to use Focus area to further identify each other's accountabilities within this role. For instance, a sales role, different role fillers could have different sales region as a focus area.

Remove a role filler

Step 1: Go to a role detail page, click on the person icon.

Step 2: On the new Pop-up, existing role fillers are listed. Click on red cross to remove a role filler.

On /me, to protect the autonomous of a circle, you will become a circle member when you fill at least one role in that circle. Currently, we don't support adding a user to a circle without any role.

Make sure that this user is already added to the workspace. .
