A challenge in working in a self-managed manner is that you need to constantly measure how well you are doing in order to be on track.

"Metrics" can help you to achieve this.

  • A metric can be used to track essential data which indicate how well a role is being filled.

  • A metric is publicly available in the workspace and can be seen by every workspace member.

  • A metric is reviewed during circle meeting to give everyone an indication on how the circle is performing as a whole.

  • A metric is always attached to a role or circle.

Add a new metric

Step 1: Go to relevant circle/role and find the "Metrics" tab.

Step 2: Click "Create new metric" to add a metric.
