3. Roles & Circles

Roles and Circles are essential concepts in this new organizational structure on /me.

Instead of fixed job position in a department, roles can be defined and iterated at any time to reflect current collaboration relationship.

A circle is a group of roles that work closely together to achieve a common purpose (circle's purpose).

In this organizational structure, one person can fill multiple roles to accelerate personal growth and contribute more to the purpose of a team.
