2.1 Workspace Overview

Let's have a look at what's inside of a workspace.

1.Circle Structural Chart

• On the lower left corner, you can always find a visual chart of the workspace that you are in, find a particular role/circle.

• The chart can also be enlarged or made smaller.

2. The blue "+" button

• On the lower right corner, you will find a blue "+" button to create a new circle/role/todo/project/tension no matter where you are.

3. Search bar

• Pay attention to your location as indicated by the Breadcrumb, the search result is location sensitive.

• Search results will be categorised based on data type, such as User, Role, Circle, Todo, Project, etc.

4. Workspace logo, name and purpose

• Make sure to come up with a sound purpose so that everyone is motivated to contribute to it.

5. Actions bar for this workspace

• Various actions can be taken for this workspace, for instance,

  • Upload files

  • Go to workspace settings

  • Add to Bookmarks

  • Click "..." to view more actions

6. Members in this workspace

Can invite more users directly by clicking the person+ icon.
