6. My Projects

Projects are used when a task requires multiple todos to finish or collaboration with other roles.

My projects overview

Click on "My work" on the bottom and swipe to "Project" where you can find all your projects.

A project can be in any of the 4 statuses:

• Current: All projects that you are working on.

• Waiting: A project was in progress, however, due to certain reasons for instance, you need to wait for another role's input before you can move on, or the priority is temporarily lower. You can move them to "Waiting". Once it is ready to move on, you can move it back to "Current".

• Done: A project is already completed successfully.

• Future: A project with low priority or requires too much efforts to complete. We will not spend resource on it yet, maybe in the future.

Add a new project

On projects page, click orange + button to add a new project.

If needed, click on the Project status icon to change project status.

Role based collaboration in a project

To make it clear on who is responsible for what, collaboration is done between roles on /me. Also, each project will have 1 owner which is the role filler.

The responsible role filler can:

• Create todos for own role under a project.

• Send a tension to another role to collaborate.
