4. My Todos

/me supports self-managed collaboration and everyone can define own work content based on their role description. A todo/project is created and linked to a role that a person fills at that time.

In this tutorial, we will introduce how to work with todos.

My todos

Todos are managed based on roles.

Add new todos

Option 1: Click on the Orange + button on the bottom to create a new todo.

Option 2: Click on a role to go to its own todo list and add a new todo there.

Complete a todo

When a todo is done, we can check off the box in front of a todo to complete it.

By default, a completed todo will be hidden from the list.

Go to a todo's detail page, we can find more actions for this todo.

Check completed todos

To view completed todos, click the sorting icon on the right.

Under "Status", choose "Completed todos". Select "Completed date" under "Sorting".

All completed todos are shown by completed date.

Reorder roles

When there are a few roles, one role might be more active than others and you want to put it on top of the list. This can be done in the Sorting setting as well.

Step 1: Open the sorting setting and click "Reorder" next to "Roles"

Step 2: Long press a role that you want to reorder and drag it to the right position.
