6.5 Checklists

A checklist item is used to track recurring tasks that a role / circle finds important. For instance, a marketing role can have "Publish one blog on social media channels per week" as a checklist item.

  • A checklist item can be used to track if recurring todos/projects are done on time or not.

  • A checklist item is publicly available in the workspace and can be seen by every workspace member.

  • A checklist item is reviewed during circle meeting to give everyone an indication on how the circle is performing as a whole.

  • A checklist item is always attached to a role or circle.

Add new Checklist item

Step 1: Go to Checklist tab under a circle.

Step 2: Click "Create new checklist item" and fill in checklist item detail.
