When setting up the governance structure, some roles in different circles might have similar purpose/accountabilities. In this case, we can use the Copy function to make this process more efficient.

Step 1: Go to a role list, click the 3 dots icon to show more options.

Step 2: In the option list, click "Copy this item".

The copied new item will appear under the original role. You can edit it directly. Or, if this role belongs to another circle, you can use "" function to move this role.
