8. Invite Users to a Workspace

Once a workspace is created, it is time to invite others to join it.

3 ways to invite a user to a workspace

Option 1: On Workspace card, click the person icon to invite.

Option 2: On workspace detail page, click on the Person icon below the Purpose field.

4 Ways to invite a user

Click "Invite users" to launch the invite page. There are 4 ways to invite a user:

• Share invite link to wechat group directly.

• Copy invite link and put it in an email or other 3 party tools.

• Add email addresses to invite people directly.

• Generate a QR code and share it to others so that they can scan to join.
