A project can also be switched to a kanban view to support more processed based procedure, such as sales pipeline. Another use case is to track sub-todos progress under a project.

To enable Kanban view, we can just add a Kanban label.

Add Kanban label

Currently, we have a project with a list of todos and sub-todos.

Click on 3 dots and choose "Label item". In the search field, type "Kanban" and choose the "Kanban board" label.

In the popup, type Kanban and choose "Kanban board" from the dropdown list.

Once "Kanban board" label is added, the project is changed to a Kanban view. We can add more columns to it by clicking "Create new column". For each column, new todos can be added by clicking "Add an item".
