On /me platform, a user can fill one or more roles in different workspaces.

Add a user to a role

Step 1: Go to a role's detail page, click "Add role filler" below Purpose or the "Person" icon on the right.

Step 2: In the new pop-up, you can assign yourself to the role or invite others from the same workspace to fill a role by searching for username or email address.

Currently, you can only add a user who is already a member of the workspace to a role. If you can't find a user, make sure that he/she is already in the workspace.

Step 3: Add users will be listed below.

When adding a user to a sub-circle from its parent circle, this user will be added to the Circle Coordinator role of the sub-circle directly as this user will represent sub-circle in its parent circle.

Remove a user from a role

Step 1: Go to role detail page, click on the Person icon on the right.

Step 2: In the new pop-up, you can remove a role filler by clicking the red cross next to the name.

Check out which roles a user takes currently

Hover over a user's avatar, click "view profile page". You will see which roles he/she has now under "Roles" tab.

on /me, a user is a part of a circle when this user fills at least one role. Currently, we don't support adding a user to a circle first but not filling a role.
