4.2 My Todos
/me supports a new self-managed collaboration relationship - Everyone has great autonomy in deciding what to be done to best energize their roles. Todos and projects are created based on role definition.
Let's have a closer look at how to work with todos.
Left navigation bar: quick access to "My todos"
You can access your todos by clicking "My todos" from the left navigation bar.

Todos are managed based on roles.

More ways to add a new todo
Click on the blue "+" button on lower right hand side.
On a role detail page, click "Todo" tab to add new todo.
More actions around a todo
Click on the 3 dots next to a todo, you can see more actions around this todo.

View completed todos
Step 1: Click on the filter icon, uncheck "Hide completed items".

Step 2: Now we can see the completed todos.

Role Filter
When there are many roles to fill, you might want to focus on a few roles at a certain time. We have built a Role Filter function for you to only look at the todos from certain roles.

Check the roles that you want to keep.

Grouping based on different criteria
To help you quickly find needed todos, we have added a few sorting options based on Roles, Due date and Created date.
